Larry P. Clemmensen, as trustee of the Larry P. Clemmensen Living Trust, paid cash for a home in the Jokake Camelback area of Paradise Valley north of the Phoenician Golf Club. The 3,138-square-foot home was sold by Rhonda N. Liepman and Diana S. Marchildon, as co-trustees of the Disclaimed Property Trust, created under the Marchildon Revocable Living Trust, and Betty Ellen Marchildon, as trustee of the Marchildon Revocable Living Trust. The house also has a 544-square-foot pool originally built in 1951 and features four bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms on 4½ half acres. advertisement
