Basically smaller investor is leveraged on the basis of “asset-backed” collateral, that’s why it’s safer.
Please don’t compare Donald Trump with smaller income seeking investors. Even though they both deal with properties, but the playing field is so starkly different it’s like night and day. Comparing these two will only get you confused. Trump can fail but you can succeed, it’s simple to understand that your goal of “success” may only qualify as Trump’s “loser”.
